Hard Knock Construction LLC is seeking a full-time Labor team member to support day-to-day construction activities in UT.

As a Laborer at Hard Knock Construction LLC, you will help ensure job sites run smoothly by supporting crews with a range of hands-on tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute wherever the work needs support.

In this role based in UT, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to assist with site preparation, materials handling, and general labor needs across active projects.

• Assist with job site preparation, clean-up, and maintaining a safe, organized work area

• Support construction crews with general labor tasks, including moving materials and equipment

• Follow safety procedures and site guidelines while performing assigned duties

• Perform basic tool and material handling tasks as directed by site leadership

• Maintain readiness and reliability by arriving prepared and ready to work each shift

• Ability to work full-time and perform physically demanding tasks in a construction environment

• Willingness to follow safety standards and work rules consistently

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic with the ability to take direction

• Comfort working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

• Basic communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions

• Prior experience in construction, general labor, or a related field

• Familiarity with job site safety practices and safe handling of materials

• Ability to learn tasks quickly and support multiple types of work as needed

• Comfort using common hand tools for general labor tasks (as applicable to site requirements)
