Absolute Health Professionals is a company dedicated to connecting clients with dependable, qualified caregivers. We are looking for an organized, professional, and motivated Office Manager / Caregiver Intake Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on administrative position with a strong focus on caregiver recruitment, intake, onboarding, credentialing, and daily office operations.

What You’ll Do Caregiver Intake & Recruiting

  • Respond to caregiver applicants and recruitment inquiries.

  • Conduct initial caregiver interviews and intake calls.

  • Collect and review required caregiver documentation.

  • Assist with license and certification verification.

  • Coordinate background checks and required screening.

  • Follow up with applicants regarding missing or expired documents.

  • Coordinate caregiver onboarding and orientation.

  • Maintain accurate caregiver personnel and credentialing files.

  • Help maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers.

  • Assist with caregiver placement and scheduling as needed.

Office Management

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.

  • Answer phones and respond to emails professionally.

  • Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and referral sources.

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.

  • Track important credential and document expiration dates.

  • Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination.

  • Order and maintain office supplies.

  • Assist the Administrator with special projects and day-to-day operational needs.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and caregiver information.

  • Bilingual- English and Spanish

  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented

  • Professional and confident on the phone

  • Friendly and comfortable communicating with people

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Proficient with computers, email, and EMR platforms

  • Experienced in healthcare administration, home care, staffing, recruiting, or a similar field

Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare office administration

  • Home care or nurse registry experience

  • Caregiver recruitment

  • Credentialing or license verification
