Instructional Assistant - Chester, Vermont

There are several contract positions available for the 2026-2027 school year, spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels. Work side-by-side with experienced professionals and contribute to a program that values creativity, teamwork, and student growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, RBT, or in ABA support roles.
• Passion for working with school-age children across varied settings.
• Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies and best practices.
• Willingness to collaborate with new and external BCBA supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing, innovative program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in classroom and specialized settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as guided by BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document observational data to help track student progress.
• Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and school staff.
• Engage in training and professional development opportunities as the program evolves.
