Food Production Associate

Job Purpose

Three Bakers is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our food production team in Moscow, PA.

As a Food Production Associate, you will help make and package our gluten-free bakery products while working alongside our production team. Depending on the needs of the day, you may assist with mixing ingredients, operating production equipment, working on production lines, performing basic quality checks, and keeping your work area clean and organized.

Previous food manufacturing experience is not required on-the-job training will be provided.We're looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with mixing and preparing bakery products
• Operate or assist with production equipment
• Follow recipes, production instructions, and food safety procedures
• Work with team members to keep production lines moving efficiently
• Perform basic product and quality checks
• Complete basic production documentation as needed
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and gluten-free food safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
• Willing to learn - training is provided
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to stand for the majority of a 10-hour shift
• Able to bend, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
