- Experience working as a Paraprofessional, preferably in school settings
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and students

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-classroom support under the direction of certified teachers
- Assist individual students or small groups with academic and behavioral goals
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations as needed
- Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere
- Support teachers with classroom preparation, organization, and administrative tasks
