Pay: $17/hour
Hours: Approximately 11:15 AM–2:30 PM
Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday
Start Date: August 27, 2026
We are seeking Part-Time Recess Aides to support elementary-aged students during the school day. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule while working directly with children in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
Supervise students during lunch and recess
Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Monitor student behavior and interactions
Assist with transitions before and after lunch and recess
Encourage appropriate social interactions and positive behavior
Communicate with school staff regarding student needs or concerns
Follow school safety procedures and expectations
Qualifications:
Experience working with children is preferred
Previous school, childcare, behavioral, or youth-related experience is a plus
Must be dependable and comfortable working with elementary-aged students
Strong communication and classroom management skills are preferred
