What We’re Looking For:
Someone who wants to be a part of the team long-term, this is not a summer/ seasonal/after class position
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and get things done under a time constraint
Experience working in food/kitchen settings
A self-starter who takes initiative and can work efficiently and productively and
multi-task Dependable, motivated, and ready to learn
Friendly and customer-focused
Knowledge of POS Systems, 3rd party sales channels, and website/social media order platforms
Available to work Saturdays
Bonus: Willing to work events!
What You’ll Do:
Work at a fast-pace, in a go-go-go environment (this is not a standing behind the counter all day position, we are producing, cooking, and packaging and everything has to be done quickly!)
Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone - and be able to help tailor orders to their needs with a friendly attitude
Fulfill online, phone, email orders, and wholesale orders and keep track of order deadlines to ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain shop cleanliness in front and back of house, and follow food safety guidelines- even during peak rushes
Operate an industrial popper, sift, bag, and seal packaging
Mass label and sticker product and bags
Pick up, move, and lift up to 75 lbs and stand your entire shift
