We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Paraprofessional / SPED Facilitator to support students and staff in a school setting in Akron, Ohio.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Facilitation of virtual special education services
- Provide academic support to students in 1:1 and small group settings
- Pull students for scheduled services and interventions
- Collaborate with SPED team members and school staff throughout the building
- Assist with SPED file management and documentation
- Support student success through organization, communication, and teamwork
Qualifications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to student and staff needs
- Experience working with students in educational or special education settings preferred
