Position: PCA/Personal Care Assistant
Location: Upper Darby, PA
Hourly Wage: $20-25/hour based on experience

Position Details:
- Hours: Full-time, 35hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Student Support: Provide assistance to special education students with daily tasks and activities, promoting daily success.
- Classroom Support: Aid the teacher in maintaining an organized, positive, and effective classroom environment.
- Monitor Progress: Track and assess student progress, provided updates to necessary staff.
- Promote Inclusion: Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where all students feel respected, valued, and actively engaged.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Experience working with behaviors preferred
- Abilityto pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to assist and support students with special needs
