Assistant Store Manager Kwik Stop

Kwik Stop is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager for our Dubuque location.   What You'll Do

  Working alongside the Store Manager, you will:

  • Support daily store operations
  • Supervise and coach team members
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Assist with inventory, cash handling, and store security
  • Help with scheduling, staffing, and training
  • Stock merchandise and maintain store appearance
  • Support food service operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  Qualifications

  We're looking for someone with:

  • Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Customer service and cash handling experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • • Ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
    • Flexible availability

    Convenience store, retail, food service, or hospitality management experience is a plus but not required.

    Schedule

    This is a full-time position in Dubuque, primarily supporting 2nd shift operations. We strive to provide scheduling flexibility while meeting business needs.
