Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students during afterschool programming.
- Assist students with academic enrichment, homework, and recreational activities.
- Encourage positive behavior and help maintain a safe, structured environment.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student success.
- Assist with supervision during transitions, activities, and dismissal.
- Foster meaningful relationships with students while promoting independence and confidence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with children or students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
