ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Colton Bickle State Farm is looking for a friendly, motivated
Entry-Level Bilingual Account Representative to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, speaking with customers, and want to build a long-term career, this could be the perfect fit for you.
No insurance experience? That’s completely okay we will train you from the ground up and help you earn your insurance license. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Your bilingual skills will make a big difference as you help serve and support our diverse community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Answer questions and assist with policy updates
- Speak with clients in both English and Spanish
- Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance coverage when appropriate
- Follow up with customers to ensure they feel supported
- Keep accurate notes and customer records in our system
- Participate in training and team meetings to grow your skills
