Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position involves working within a large team structure under supervision during day shifts with potential variation in start times. The associate must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and is required to wear steel-toed shoes for safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accurately and perform regular stock replenishment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and receiving
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Maintain safety compliance and adhere to quality control standards
• Handle materials and maintain proper documentation of warehouse activities
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors within a large team structure

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment and safety procedures
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 75 pounds
