Surety Client Administrator

Overview

The Surety Client Administrator serves as the primary agency contact for processing bond requests and supporting surety client accounts. This position ensures clients’ bond execution needs are handled accurately and efficiently while coordinating with clients, underwriters, and internal team members.

Location: San Diego, CA (Remote or Hybrid after training)

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

• Process bond requests, prequalification letters, renewals, endorsements, consents, and related documents
• Obtain approvals and communicate requirements to clients
• Coordinate with underwriters and clients to gather necessary information
• Maintain client records, account information, and documents in SuretyPro
• Manage invoicing and keep accounts receivable current
• Assist with new account setup, lines of credit, and renewals
• Provide backup support to the Surety team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Insurance or surety experience preferred
• Licensed Notary preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to handle confidential information and work collaboratively
