Job Summary
The project manager for construction position plans, directs, coordinates or budgets, usually through estimator, superintendents and foremen, activities concerned with multiple construction projects. Participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation.

Work environment
The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in primary in indoor conditions but can be performed in outside weather conditions.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Expected hours of work. This is a full-time position. Office hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 7:30am to 2:30pm. Must be available to work any hours outside of office hours as job demands require.
