The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing resident care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. You will be assigning staff, monitoring their activities and providing for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of Michigan. Responsibilities- Attends and Participates in ACE
- Attends Monthly CNA and Nursing Meetings- (AL and SNF)
- Makes recommendations and works with DON, ADON and Directors to identify areas of needed education
- Coordinates Clinical Orientation (AL and SNF)
- Annual training and skills competencies, monthly and quarterly models (AL and SNF)
- Infection Control Coordinator (AL and SNF)
- Psychotropic tracking and logging
- Medication Administrative Audits
- Back up for SNF Clinical Team members as needed (such as destruction of Narcs, Monitoring of Skin, Falls, Admission Audits, etc.)
- Joins the On Call Clinical Leader Rotation
