Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Process, Control, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience using, supporting, implementing, or troubleshooting refinery blending applications.
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical support or application engineering experience with advanced process applications.
- 5+ years of refinery industry experience, including blending operations and/or off-site tank farm processes, with knowledge of process automation and PID control.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, communicate effectively with customers, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced application engineering solutions to meet customer needs and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and customers to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead technical discussions and presentations with customers and stakeholders to communicate solutions and project status.
