The Administrative Support Professional provides essential administrative and clerical support to the valve team. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, smooth office operations, and effective communication. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused setting. Must have strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for the department.
· Perform data entry, prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and meeting documentation.
· Support document control and compliance with company policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
· Communicate and liaise with internal departments, vendors, and visitors to ensure efficient information flow.
· Complies with Buhlmann’s philosophy, policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with manufacturing systems is an asset.
Accurate data entry and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
