What We Offer
Pay: $17/hour with ample overtime opportunity
Schedule & Potential: Full-time seasonal work through the new year. While there is no firm "end of assignment" date right now, there is a very good chance the right candidate can get hired in directly.

What We're Looking For
Reliability: Consistent, dependable transportation to our Plainwell facility and the ability to commit to our scheduled shift.
Physical Capability: Comfortable standing and being on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (though most items are under 10 lbs).
Teamwork & Independence: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team depending on the day's workflow.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, especially with pick/pack accuracy to avoid "That's not what I ordered!" moments.
Communication & Tech: Able to speak, read, and write in English for systems and training. You don't need to be a computer expert, but you must be able to use (or be trained to use) scan guns and order processing systems. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Bonus Qualifications: Forklift experience is not required, but it is a plus!
Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
