  • Valid drivers license
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work beyond standard operating hours (evenings, weekends, etc.) when needed
  • Rotating On Call Schedule
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • We are willing to train the right person; however, the ideal candidate will havethe following:
  • IICRC certifications active or inactive will be considered
  • Experience in Cleaning and Fire Water and Mold Restoration
  • Ability to work independently and complete jobsfrom start to finish
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of restoration procedures and equipment
  • Experience with DRYBOOK, Xactimate Mobile, DocuSketch, or similar restoration platforms
  • Comfortable using a smartphone, IPAD for job documentation
  • Strong written communication skills, including professional text and email communication
  • Ability to lead a crew, solve problems, and make sound decisions in the field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • We are looking for someone who is organized, driven, and confident in managing both the technical and customer service aspects of mitigation and/or reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate understands the urgency and communication required in restoration work and can effectively manage projects while building trust with homeowners, commercial clients, and subcontractors.
