Insurance Sales Professional

We are currently seeking to hire a InsuranceSales Professional to join our team! You will be a part of a sales team that is enthusiastic on growth and is eager to drive company revenue.

Please only apply if you have the following qualifications:

Preferred: Property and Casualty Insurance License.

*If you are not licensed in insurance: We will pay for your licensing but you will need to have prior sales experience in any field.

Responsibilities:

• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals on a monthly basis
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Property & Casualty (if not licensed we will pay for your licensing)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
