Polisher

Our Facility is located in Franklin Lakes, NJ all candidates from the surrounding area are welcome to apply. This position will be in person in Franklin Lakes.

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Polisher to join our team. In this position, you will smooth and shine the surfaces of various items. Depending on the item, you may do this by hand or using tools. While you are polishing pieces, it is important that you keep an eye out for inconsistencies on the surface area or any potential safety issues. Applicants should be familiar with the materials commonly used in the industry and comfortable performing repetitive tasks. Overtime Available!

Polisher Duties and Responsibilities

• Smooth surfaces of items
• Polish items by hand or with various tools
• Look for inconsistencies or potential safety issues
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications
• Understand and comply with industry regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Polisher Requirements and Qualifications

• Polishing experience in the industry strongly preferred
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Familiarity machine tools and equipment
• High school diploma or GED certificate; trade school preferred
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
