Commercial Construction estimator

We're looking for a skilled Commercial Estimator to support a steady pipeline of commercial construction work. This role focuses on developing precise, competitive estimates that reflect project scope, client requirements, and budget expectations. You'll be responsible for reviewing plans, performing detailed takeoffs, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and assembling complete bid packages.
