About the job
The Operations Inventory Control Coordinator I supports inventory accuracy and material
availability across operations to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
We're looking for someone who
Has a high school diploma
Has 0–2 years of related work experience
Is proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Has experience working with inventory systems; Oracle experience is a plus
Communicates effectively and collaborates well with cross-functional teams
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
Can perform basic calculations and accurate data entry
Is comfortable working in a quality system and regulated environment
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Can lift up to 20 lbs as needed to perform inventory counts
What you'll do
Support inventory accuracy across operations and warehouse functions
Order, receive, stock, and stage inventory to support production needs
Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate necessary adjustments
Maintain inventory of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
Replenish raw materials within the clean room materials area
Stock and maintain work-in-process (WIP) inventory in the clean room
Set up and maintain Kanban inventory levels to support production
Support inventory requests from internal teams
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle to review documents, complete training, and
monitor inventory
Maintain an organized workspace while meeting deadlines and collaborating with
cross-functional teams
Physical requirements
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
Must be able to perform inventory counts and material handling duties
Must be comfortable working in a warehouse and clean room environment
Must be able to stand and move throughout the workday
