You will work closely with clients, develop product knowledge, and contribute to agency growth through strong service and sales support.

Training and Support

No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful!

Is this a commission-only position?

Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $50,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

• Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone
• Engage clients in conversations about coverage options and insurance needs
• Recommend suitable solutions to clients once licensed
• Build rapport and establish trust with clients through professional communication
• Support clients by helping resolve issues using carrier resources
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and performance goals
• Participate in daily team huddles and agency training
• Maintain a high standard of service while supporting a fast-paced sales environment
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
