We’re recruitingMember Services Representatives/Tellersto workparttimeor full timeon 1stshift.As a Member Services Rep/Teller, you will process member transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with regulations.Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to apply.
Responsibilities of theBilingualMemberServices Representative/Teller:
- Independently maintain and balance assigned cash drawer.
- Perform routine member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check disbursements, general ledger postings, dead-end checks, and other general functions.
- Handle problem resolution using independent judgment to ensure membersatisfaction andescalate to an appropriate employee when necessary.
- Stay informed about and comply with regulatory and compliance issues for deposit accounts.
- Respond to member inquiries in person in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Handle coin bags in the coin machine and perform simple maintenance tasks.
- Process mail and night drops.
- Possess knowledge of the organization’s services to answer basic member questions.
BilingualMemberServices Representative/TellerRequirements and Qualifications:
- Bilingual: English/Spanish(required).
- Cash handling experience(required).
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Service-minded with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic PC skills (required), including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to assist at other locations, as needed, once trained and comfortable.
Pay forBilingualMemberServices Representative/Teller:Starting at $16/hour(possible more with previous experience)
