Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA treatment plans and provide one-on-one therapy to clients. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
• Coordinate of care with client's team members
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members
• Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Schedule:
• After school
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
