At Catseye Pest Control, our Sales Inspectors do more than sell services. They become trusted advisors to homeowners who are looking for answers when unwanted pests or nuisance wildlife threaten their home.

You’ll visit customers in their homes, conduct thorough inspections, identify what’s happening, and recommend a customized solution designed to protect their biggest investmenttheir home.

And you won’t be knocking on doors all day hoping to find a customer. We provide consistent, company-generated leads, along with the training, tools, and proven sales system you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners who have requested help with pest and nuisance wildlife concerns
• Conduct professional inspections of homes and properties
• Identify current and potential pest and wildlife issues
• Educate homeowners about what you find and why it matters
• Recommend customized solutions based on each customer’s needs
• Present Catseye’s premium services and help customers make informed decisions
• Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience
• Follow Catseye’s proven sales process to consistently achieve your goals

A background in pest control, construction, roofing, siding, masonry, or another skilled trade is a plusbut not required.

Other Requirements

• Must be physically able to inspect residential and commercial structures, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must be willing to work some Saturdays
• All new hires are subject to a drug test and background check
