Rate of pay:$37.00to$55.80(plus Shift Diffsas applicable)

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

Here at BridgePoint the Clinical Supervisor RN has oversight of all patient care areas and all hospital services on the off-shift. The Clinical Supervisor RN collaborates in the planning and organization of training for all unit staff members in the off-shift and facilitates patient flow. The Clinical Supervisor RN assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. The Clinical Supervisor RN represents hospital administration to departments, families, and patients. The Clinical Supervisor RN communicates any changes or unusual events to administrator-on-call.

Requirements:

Education:RN required, BSN or Masters Degree in health-related field preferred.

Licenses/Certification:Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse - RN. BLS and ACLS are required.

Experience:Minimum of three (3) years of progressive acute care experience to include supervision. ICU experience preferred.
