Location: Prescott, WI
Shift: 3rd Shift
Pay: $19.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with quality, manufacturing, food production, GMP, or ISO compliance experience who are looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced production environment.

• Perform quality inspections and testing on products and materials.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and company procedures.
• Assist with identifying quality concerns and implementing corrective actions.
• Communicate findings effectively with production and management teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of quality control experience preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with GMP environments and/or ISO compliance is highly desired.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
