Lead Electrical Engineer

Seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of reliable power and electrical systems for tactical vehicles. The role focuses on power architecture, system reliability, and mission-critical technologies such as communications, lighting, and thermal imaging, while providing technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise in demanding environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Electrical and Mechatronic Engineering teams
• Design electrical schematics and power distribution systems
• Select electrical components for durability and performance
• Oversee prototyping and testing of integrated systems
• Establish wire harness design and routing standards
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar
• Strong knowledge of 12V/24V DC systems
• Automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment experience
• Proven leadership and team management experience
