Production Worker

Labor Solutions is hiring a reliableProduction Workerfor our Urbandale team. You will operate machinery, assemble products, and ensure quality standards. This is a consistent, daylight shift in a clean facility.

Hours:7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay:$18.50/hr.

What You Will Do

• Operate Equipment:Run and monitor production machinery safely.
• Assemble Products:Build parts using blueprints and work orders.
• Inspect Quality:Check raw materials and finished goods for defects.
• Move Materials:Load, unload, and transport items up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain Workspace:Keep your station clean, safe, and organized.

What We Are Looking For

• Reliability:Excellent attendance and reliable daily transit.
• Physical Stamina:Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic Skills:Good hand-eye coordination and tool skills.
• Teamwork:Positive attitude and strong communication.
• Education:High school diploma or GED equivalent.
