We’re looking for a motivated
Account Manager who enjoys connecting with people, building lasting relationships, and helping customers find coverage that fits their needs.
This is a
sales-focused role where your ability to build relationships, have meaningful needs-based conversations, and consistently follow up will contribute to your success.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Have needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prospect for new business and follow up with leads and opportunities.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify additional customer needs.
- Help strengthen customer retention and grow multi-line relationships.
- Provide a professional, responsive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Insurance sales or account management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with sales conversations and follow-up.
- P&C and Life/Health licenses preferred, but not required.
- Proven success meeting sales goals is a plus.
