Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Beacon Ridge Nursing in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with vital signs, and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Assist with vital signs, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
• Report any changes or concerns to the nursing team and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and achieve patient satisfaction
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
What We Offer:
