Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Corporate TI Construction
Location: Los Angeles, California
Salary: $150,000–$200,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits
An established general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead corporate tenant improvement construction projects. This role will focus on corporate TI work. Other project experience in general commercial or healthcare is a plus. This GC is hiring for both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.

Core Duties
- Oversee project financials from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, estimating, buyout, forecasting, billing, and cost control
- Manage subcontracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, keeping project documentation organized and current
- Partner with the Superintendent and internal team to coordinate schedules and keep projects on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, landlords, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Support preconstruction efforts including constructability reviews, value engineering, and overall project planning
- Identify project risks early and drive practical solutions to keep work moving
- Lead punch list, closeout, financial completion, and warranty processes through to final sign-off
- Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on corporate tenant improvement projects
- Health care construction experience welcomed
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent or phased projects
