Job Summary

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is looking for a motivated, confident, and goal-oriented Call Center Representative to join our in-person call center team in Export, PA.

As a Call Center Representative, you will make outbound calls to homeowners and prospective customers to introduce our home improvement products and services, identify their needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and promote our home improvement products and services.
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives.
• Set appointments for windows, doors, roofing, siding, baths, and shower projects.
• Ask effective questions to understand homeowners’ needs and determine project interest.
• Qualify leads and gather accurate customer and project information.
• Use persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments.
• Follow established call scripts and proven appointment-setting processes.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while handling rejection and high call volumes.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding scheduled appointments and customer needs.
• Consistently represent Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain positive, motivated, and professional when faced with rejection.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
