Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.
Position Summary:The System Support Specialist will provide basic technical assistance to TCC staff for some software issues, manage physical IT inventory, assist in purchasing and receiving. Position duties will include: creating and disabling user accounts in different systems (Active Directory, EHR, Exchange, etc); meeting with staff to provide one-on-one basic technical assistance; setting up and issuing equipment for new employees; providing training to staff on company some software; assisting in purchasing IT equipment; maintaining an accurate inventory count of all equipment deemed to be managed by the IT department; ensuring the proper documentation is filled out from all employees that receive laptops, cell phones, or other IT managed devices; creating new and editing existing internal forms in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Participates and operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.
