Substitute Preschool Teacher Assistant (As Needed)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 30 college credits from an accredited college or university
- Valid New Jersey Substitute Teacher Credential (or eligible to obtain one)
- Experience working with preschool-age children preferred
- Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances
- Ability to follow licensing, safety and best practice guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
Schedule:
- 6.5-hour workday
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- 6.0 paid hours per day
Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour
- $108.00 per full day worked
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and engaging Substitute Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team! As a Substitute Teacher, you will teach classes using the Creative Curriculum provided by the school on a temporary, as-needed basis. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment while following licensing guidelines alongside a Lead Teacher in a preschool classroom.
