A Route Sales Driver is needed to support bakery route operations in the Lake Charles, LA area. This is a great opportunity to build your business and grow a career, with potential to become a Buyer. Key requirements for the role include:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- High School diploma or GED
- Route Sales/Delivery experience is helpful
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Compensation: $23 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver bread and bakery products to customers along your designated route in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage inventory and ensure all products are accurately accounted for and properly stocked on your vehicle
- Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products and increase sales along your route
- Provide dependable service and support to customers along your route
- Demonstrate the ability and interest to grow into a Buyer opportunity
