About the role

Be the welcoming first impression for residents, families, and visitors.

Handle the front desk, phones, and guest experiencecreating a warm, helpful environment.

What you’ll do

· Field requests and support resident/family needs

· Manage firstimpression areas and phone system

· Maintain basic records and administrative systems

· Assist with events and community communications

· Create informal opportunities for resident socialization

Skills & attributes

· Topnotch customer service and hospitality mindset

· Kind, professional communication; phone etiquette

· MS Office basics; comfort multitasking

· Awareness of environment and details

· Team player with followthrough

Relatable experience

· Front desk, hospitality, or customerfacing roles

· Volunteer experiences focused on helping others

Qualifications

· At least 18 years of age

· 1+ year in highlevel customer service

· Current negative TB test; able to pass background check
