We are urgently seeking dependable drivers to join our team and provide safe, reliable transportation for students. Drivers will earn a minimum of $35 per ride, with a guaranteed 2-4 rides daily, offering a supplemental income opportunity. Enjoy a flexible schedule on fixed routes serving communities including Lawndale, Hawthorne, Redondo Beach, and Torrance. Join a supportive team dedicated to making a difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Drive students safely to and from school on predetermined routes and schedules
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety
• Communicate effectively with dispatch center and operations manager
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record
• Report any incidents or vehicle issues promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
• Manage time efficiently to meet fixed route schedules

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass Department of Justice background check
• Drug-free and able to comply with company policies
• Vehicle from 2017 or newer (sedan, compact car, minivan, or SUV)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of driving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Defensive driving skills
• Strong time management abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
