Shift Lead

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and service-driven Shift Lead to help us deliver exceptional experiences in our fast-paced environment. If you have leadership skills, a love for the culinary arts, and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our caf operates seamlessly during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example to inspire and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service.
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, from opening to closing.
• Supporting team members by stepping in wherever neededwhether it’s brewing coffee, preparing food, or assisting customers.
• Managing shift schedules and ensuring proper coverage during busy periods.
• Maintaining a welcoming environment for both customers and staff by upholding our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Problem-solving on the fly to address any challenges that arise during your shift.
  

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a caf, restaurant, or similar fast-paced setting.
• A strong work ethic and a genuine love for serving others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
