This role leads our HR team while acting as a strategic partner to our leaders supporting employee relations, compliance, and performance management with a strong people-first mindset.

- Guideleadersthroughprogressivedisciplineandperformanceimprovementplans
- Ensurecompliancewithfederalandstateemploymentlaws(FMLA,ADA,EEOC,wage&hour,etc.)
- Overseeleaveofabsenceprograms,accommodations,andrelateddocumentation
- MaintainaccurateHRrecords,casefiles,andcompliancedocumentation
- Manageunemploymentclaimsandrelatedreporting
- Review,maintain,andimproveHRpoliciesandemployeehandbooks
- Providecoachingandtrainingtoleadersonpolicies,bestpractices,andemployeerelations
- AnalyzeHRtrendsanddatatoidentifyrisks,gaps,andimprovementopportunities
- PartnercloselywithHRandOperationsteamstosupportaconsistentemployeeexperience
As an HR Manager You Bring...
- FullyBilingualinEnglishandSpanishskills(required)
- 5+yearsofprogressiveHRexperience,withastrongfocusonemployeerelationsandcompliance (required)
- 2+yearsofPROVENexperienceleadingorcoachinganHRteamandleaders(required)
- Bachelor’sdegreeinHumanResourcesorarelatedfield,orequivalentpracticalexperience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
- Strongunderstandingoffederalandstateemploymentlaws
- Excellentcommunication,coaching,andproblem-solvingskills
- SolidknowledgeofMSExcelorsimilardataanalysistool
- Acalm,people-centeredapproachtoconflictresolution
- Comfortableworkinginfast-paced,ever-changingenvironments
