The Customer Experience Pharmacistplays a crucial role in delivering exceptionalcustomerservice andensuringoptimalpatient care in a supportive environment.This positioninvolveshandling high volume phoneinquiries,providing counseling to patients and prescribers, andsupportingBelmar Pharma Solutions’mission.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret prescription orders andaccuratelyinputtheminto the computer system
  • Advise patients and doctorsonour products
  • Verifycompounding formulas and update lot andexpirationdates
  • Perform final check on all prescriptionsto ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Supervise technicianstooptimizeworkflow and patient care
  • Perform initial interpretation of prescriptions
  • Very that prescription was entered into the computer against the hard copy
  • Accept verbal orders from voice mail, IVR, and direct phone contacts
  • Answer phones as needed
  • Monitorand enforcecompliance withcompanypolicies andregulatory requirements
  • Adhere toall state and federal laws
  • Perform duties in various physical positions (e.g., sitting, standing, reaching) for extended periods
  • Handle chemicals used in compounding withappropriate safetymeasures
  • Perform other duties as assignedby management

Qualifications

  • Registered Pharmacistwith a valid license
  • Exceptionalcustomer service skillsand ability toworkin team-oriented,fast-pacedenvironment?
  • Proficient in math with astrong work ethic?
  • Preferred experience withcompounding, manufacturing environments, and federally regulated facilities
  • Background inchemistryand technical writing skills for Standard Operating Procedures preferred

Pay Range:$125,600 - $139,900
