Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
- Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Enforce all aquatic facility policies, rules, and regulations.
- Inspect the facility on a daily schedule and report any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor.
- Test chemical levels and report results to supervisor.
- Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
- Perform various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
- Prepare and maintains appropriate activity reports.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays - Daily work hours are subject to change throughout the Escape Pool season.
