Company inAberdeen, MDis seeking experiencedMaterial Handlers / Clamp Forklift Operatorsto join our team. This role requires prior clamp and sit-down forklift experience with current certification on file. Candidates must be flexible and available for weekends and overtime as needed.
1st Shift:
- Front Half Shift- Sun to Wed from 5am-330pm-19/hr
- Back Half Shift- Wed to Sat From 5am-330pm-19/hr
2nd Shift:
- Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30Am -20.50/hr
Responsibilities
- Operate clamp and sit-down forklifts, must be able to drive in reverse, will be tested on obstacle course and stacking product.
- Loading and unloading materials
- Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Cycle counting and inventory support
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Dispose of trash, debris, and packaging materials
- Perform duties in accordance with performance measurement guidelines
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current forklift certification (clamp & sit-down) on file – REQUIRED
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to meet productivity and safety standards
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Availability for weekends and overtime
