Responsibilities
Coordinate and expedite the shipping and receiving of goods, including processing orders, preparing shipments, and tracking inventory
Conduct quality control checks on received goods to ensure they meet company standards
Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other related data
Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status and any issues that may arise
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Collaborate with our logistics and customer service teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience may substitute for education
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Google Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
