Carpenter Foreman

The Concrete Foreman will lead and oversee concrete construction projects, managing crews of up to 15 workers across commercial, infrastructure, and mixed project types. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, coordinating materials, and managing schedules. The foreman will also handle project documentation and problem-solving, with occasional local travel between job sites and regular client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate medium to small concrete crews (up to 15 workers)
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion
• Oversee quality control to meet construction standards
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Coordinate material delivery and site logistics
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Address and resolve on-site problems promptly
• Participate in regular client meetings with minimal direct client contact

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in concrete pouring techniques and blueprint reading
• Knowledge of safety management and team leadership
• Skilled in construction equipment operation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Effective time management and quality control abilities
