• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all food items
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
