Parking Lot Striping Foremanwith proven experience in parking lot striping, pavement markings, and crew leadership. Must be a self-starter, self-directed, and quality-driven operator.

Job Responsibilities
Striping Operations
- Lead and manage parking lot striping crews
- Perform layout and striping for parking lots
- Apply traffic paint, ADA markings, fire lanes, and stencils
- Re-stripe sealcoated lots and existing layouts
- Ensure accuracy in layout, spacing, and line quality
- Operate striping machines and related equipment
- Maintain and clean equipment
Project Execution
- Coordinate with project managers on job scope and schedule
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard
- Track materials and job progress
- Communicate with crew and management Safety
- Follow and enforce jobsite safety requirements
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites
Job Requirements
- Must havevalid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lead a crew and hold accountability
- Strong understanding of striping layout and ADA requirements
- Must be able to work nights and weekends when required
